Always a variety of vegan foods available—alternative milk, butter, meat, cheese, etc, plus whole food staples like tofu, seeds, but butters… Today, I bought this coconut based yogurt and it tasted just like plain yogurt. Plus it was on sale!

I went there looking for specific things but had no idea of where they were and what exactly I was getting. A kind clerk helped me find the Liquid coconut oil but they were out if Arnica oil so put me on the list to contact when they order next. Very friendly people and customer service oriented. Thank you

Prices are decent and selection is great. Can usually find everything I need. ***UPDATE: Removing 2 stars after my last visit. The only natural elderberry extract I could find there was a huge 16 oz bottle at $43 dollars. All of the normal-sized bottles were laden with sugar. The syrups are a rip off in that you are paying for less product. A lot of the packaged foods were also high in sugar. Seems to have cross purposes selling supplements alongside sugary snacks, hipster pops, and gelato. More a gourmet food store than a health one. Also, the 3 workers hanging around my cashier’s lane seemed irritated that I had interrupted their conversation.

To expensive. Was shocked at the prices of oils, essential oils, and hair products. Nothing was worth buying. Not my cup of tea. Seriously why are prices so high Amazon charges less..all I can say is WOW

Loved the Brioche Bread and vegan gluten free bread. Sawall has the best scented and cleanest bathroom in the whole of Kalamazoo… 👏👏👏keep it up guys

Mistakes and errors happen, that's life. But how one handles it, shows a lot! The owner went above and beyond to correct an issue I had, with no question. The service was truly out of this world and will be supporting this business routinely. They gained a loyal customer today!

They have some of the best vegan options in town. So many meats and cheeses as well as vegan icecream! Their tea selection is also great.

Nice atmosphere, things on sale, folks always offering assistance..Did you know they have a really fun restaurant upstairs? The food and drink are excellent! Don't tell anyone though, this should be kept secret- you'll understand why when you visit- Don't ruin the atmosphere by inviting the wrong people..only fun, talkative, and proper folks should be told! Lol
